Handle customer support tickets related to network and system issues.
Provide first-line technical support, including remote troubleshooting and on-site assistance.
Assist engineers with system upgrades and maintenance.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers.
Associate degree or above, Computer Science or Networking preferred.
Familiar with common networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems.
Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness.
Prior experience in IT support or customer service preferred.
