Customer demand

  • All domestic branch sites and multiple domestic public clouds require mutual access and data transmission, including interconnections with office systems such as ECM, SAP, and OA, as well as R&D data exchanges.
  • The German office requires high-speed access to overseas Tencent Cloud's services, domestic public clouds, and the ability to handle system access requests from branch sites.
  • The user requires a network-wide visual monitoring and management platform to monitor site traffic, latency, jitter, and other metrics in real time.

Customer pain points

  • The customer currently operates an SD-WAN network deployed by another vendor, but this vendor can no longer meet their evolving network requirements. These include dedicated line connections to public clouds, connectivity for overseas branch sites, and 7*24*365 operational support services.
  • The existing SD-WAN network, which is built over the public Internet, falls short in terms of latency, jitter, and stability—critical factors for supporting future business expansion.
  • The customer is seeking a managed SD-WAN operator solution to reduce and offload the workload of its in-house IT team, allowing the department to focus more on servicing internal systems and maintaining the company’s internal network infrastructure.

Product selection Each site is configured with SD-Branch services (featuring varying bandwidths of 50M, 100M, and 200M) combined with SD-Cloud dedicated cloud line services
Usage effect This setup fulfills inter-site networking requirements, effectively improving network performance for the customer’s access to overseas branch sites and public cloud SaaS platforms, enables seamless integration with domain control services, and improves branch nodes’ connectivity to both public clouds and internal enterprise network resources
Benefit The deployment of SD-Branch + SD-Cloud services significantly elevates user network experience without imposing excessive costs
Expansibility The customer can flexibly adjust bandwidth at any time based on fluctuations in the number of users across domestic branch sites
